The last three months have been anything but normal. COVID-19 has impacted just about every industry worldwide, but in the midst of all the bad news it was encouraging to see all sorts of people and industries stepping up to help where they can. Organizations such as ASHRAE were quick to educate engineers and building owners on what they could do to lower the risk of infection today and in new buildings to come. Here at Forward Engineers we even had the opportunity to partner with some other engineers in designing a ventilator for use in developing countries.
We also celebrated our 5th anniversary in April. The time really has flown by as it seems like just yesterday that I was filing the paperwork to get the company started. We took the time to review our business “blurb” and it gave us the opportunity to really think about what set us apart from other engineering firms. After a lot of reflection we came up with a statement that focuses on our commitment to customer service:

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 the Jackrabbit 5K was cancelled this year. We were excited to be a sponsor again this year but understand the need to cancel. However, we are happy to say that the event is working on ways in which they can still provide athletic shoes to those in need. We are definitely looking forward to next year!
