It seems like everyone in the design and construction world is super busy these days and over the past few months we have been no exception. Our summer was simply jam packed with all types of projects. The exciting part is that we were busy enough to hire additional help. Here’s hoping Fall lowers the temperature as well as some stress levels around the office!
Last month we welcomed Kyle Albrecht to our team. Originally from Michigan, Kyle enlisted in the Air Force and served at Schriever AFB in Colorado Springs, CO. After being discharged, he received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado. With an eye on moving to Arkansas, he was looking for a job in the area and we happily obliged. Kyle joins us as a Mechanical Designer.
We are also excited to announce that Kerry Jensen has officially joined Forward Engineers and will be attending local networking events on our behalf. Kerry has worked in the past for the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce, First Security Bank and the Bentonville Chamber of Commerce. Be sure to say hello the next time you see him at an event!
In other news, the Green Valley Bible Camp Golf Tournament was held in early August. We were honored to be the presenting sponsor again this year and are happy to report that the tournament raised more than $13,600 to provide scholarships for youth campers to attend.
