Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from Forward Engineers! This year has been anything but usual and we want to say a big thank you to our clients for their continued business. We are very thankful to have weathered the storm so far, and our hearts go out to those that have struggled this year. Here’s hoping that despite everything, you and your family can get some time off, catch your breath and enjoy some relaxation during this holiday season.
It’s been one year since we started our “Inside the Wall” series which examines important but not always well known equipment inside the walls of the buildings you spend so much time in. Recently we took a look at circuit breakers which you probably have some first hand experience with. Check out the full article to learn more about the purpose, history and how a circuit breaker gets sized.
We also recently compared conservation and energy efficiency which may seem like the same thing, but when it comes to saving money by reducing energy usage they serve very different purposes. If you’d like to know more, be sure to read our full article.
Please note that Forward Engineers will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (Dec 24, 25) and on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day (Dec 31 and Jan 1). After a good break, we will look forward to getting back to work next year. From all of us at Forward Engineers – Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
